The Oakridge project has created a new vibrant cultural district that incorporates, retail, office, residential, cultural, civic uses, and a new nine-acre landscaped rooftop park.

All the buildings on the site will meet the City of Vancouver Low Emission Green Building Policy Target and Low Carbon Energy System Target. To do so, Geo-X Resources was able to help in the addition of 325 GeoExchange boreholes.
